| Atlanta, Georgia, U.S., June 12, 2007 –- LifeGas, a division of Linde Gas USA LLC, has announced its acquisition of Patterson Medical Repairs, Inc., effective June 8, 2007.
Linde Gas is a North America affiliate of The Linde Group, one of the world’s leading engineering and industrial gases companies.
Patterson, headquartered in Cohoes, New York, is a full service specialty medical company specializing in oxygen distribution and medical equipment repair.
With the transaction, LifeGas acquires Patterson's seven locations in New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Virginia, including 60 employees as well as the existing management team.
